Item Stacking Plugin [REDUCE LAG] [CHEAP]

This plugin is similar to mob stacking but instead of stacking mobs, it "stacks" items!
Have you ever been on a popular HCF kit map where there is lots of PvP action and whenever someone dies you get a huge lag spike? It's annoying and this plugin prevents it. It reduces the entity stack to a configurable amount, however whenever a player picks it up, they get the original amount!

STACKS ALL ITEM DROPS, NOT JUST ITEMS DROPPED BY PLAYERS (I.E STACKS TNT DEBRIS)!

Examples:

Configuration file:

stack-limit: 1
max-stack: 64
stack-distance: 50

All items keep their unique attributes, so if someone throws down a non enchanted diamond sword, it won't stack with an enchanted diamond sword, etc!

Doesnt spigot allready stalk items but in 3 items instead of 64?

Spigot has a thread about it. It would be nice to make a custom stacking plugin that won't stack bowls for kitpvp soupers like mine.
