If a plugin developed for myself, does it come with resell rights or do you have to pay extra?

If you'd like rights to resell (on spigot or here) I would either charge a small commission (which is a huge pain in the ass to keep track of) or just get you to pay a tad more. I'm not too fussy on how much extra, I understand everyone needs to make a little cash here n there.

You're not senior at 6 or even 10 years.

You're not senior at 6 or even 10 years.

You can call yourself a Senior when:

  • You can handle the entire software development life cycle, end to end
  • You lead others, or others look to you for guidance.
  • You can self manage your projects
Software development is a curious creature unlike other fields.

Sometimes, a fresh punk out of college can run circles around veterans who have 20+ years of "experience". Programming is a bizarre world where code is king.

Some achieve the above in 2 years or less, others take 10 years.

I would disagree. I'd say that someone senior has a lot of experience (15 years or beyond) dealing with various types of projects and solving a variety of issues with varying complexities. I've done this for 10 years, 11 in December, but I think it's silly for me to consider myself senior given what I've said already.

Well I respect your opinion but I disagree. Best of luck!
