My honest review and opinion of Jess' services. In no way am I trying to trash the post, I'm just giving the events which happened on my server.

Firstly, we hired Jess because of her amazing resume and portfolio at first she was very nice and made a good impression on the server.

But then it turned bad. Once we gave her the manager role everything turned bad. Pretty much straight away she fired some of our trusted staff members. She also wanted to fire her superiors and acted like she owned the place. A few days later I had people messaging me saying that they were leaving the server because of Jess' inappropriate behavior. She had us randomly banning players from our server who had apparently had some bad history with her. We then later found out it was some of Jess' previous employers who she hadn't told us about and hadn't written about in her portfolio. These people had previously fired her from their server due to bad behaviour. Jess had wanted us to ban these players because she didn't want us to find out who they were. They told us that they had fired Jess because she started to attempt to take over their server as well as being genuinely horrible to them

After some investigations we did, we choose it was the right decision to fire Jess from our network. She did not take this very well and immediately leaving our discord server, messaging me "Thanks for wasting my time", then hitting me with a "I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed" then blocking me. She acted rather immature about it.
