She had us randomly banning players from our server who had apparently had some bad history with her. We then later found out it was some of Jess' previous employers who she hadn't told us about and hadn't written about in her portfolio. These people had previously fired her from their server due to bad behaviour. Jess had wanted us to ban these players because she didn't want us to find out who they were. They told us that they had fired Jess because she started to attempt to take over their server as well as being genuinely horrible to them

After some investigations we did, we choose it was the right decision to fire Jess from our network. She did not take this very well and immediately leaving our discord server, messaging me "Thanks for wasting my time", then hitting me with a "I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed" then blocking me. She acted rather immature about it.

Pretty much straight away:
This took place March 1st (I think, maybe April), as per the staff appraisal review. They hadn't been at all active, and I'd compromised to giving them a one month extended period. If you hire me, I will do my job, to the best of my ability, regardless of whether you like it or not.

leaving because of Jess' inappropriate behaviour:
Given that I had little interaction with the community, and that which I did was of utmost standards, I have no idea where you are getting this from. Proof would be appreciated.

banning people who had an issue with her:
That user - one user - was banned after being told I could by whoever the owner was. Honestly, I forgot his name.
That user was not my employer. I will not go on to explain why what he said was at least in part a fabrication, if you don't already understand, you never will.

leaving the Discord server:
True. I did leave fairly soon, if not immediately afterwards, so this refutes your idea that I destroyed your server as a result of my demotion.

Also true.

If you have any further comments, please take them to PMs. Posts (including a response to this comment) will be viewed as an attempt to tarnish my reputation, when this can easily be resolved in a more private and dignified way.

I ask that no users attempt to start or continue a flame war on this thread. An opinion has been stated, and it can be left there. End of.

I've seen you comment on at least two other threads like this with the exact same notion about the original poster "getting triggered too easily". You should probably provide proof for your claims if you're going to trash a thread someone worked so hard on.

Your claim that she gets triggered too easily is further invalidated by the fact that the entire sphere of your behavior seems to be that you are getting triggered, and my evidence for this is your seemingly aimless attacks on other posters.

Back up these senseless claims, or delete them and offer an apology.
