What Does a Helper Do?​

Helpers are the front line of the community experience. You will:

• Answer player questions in chat
• Help new players get started
• Report bugs and rule violations
• Keep chat friendly and on track
• Guide players to the right resources
• Support higher staff when needed

This is an entry staff role with room for promotion based on activity, attitude, and performance.

Promotion Path​

Helper is not a dead-end role. Active and reliable Helpers can be promoted over time. We look at:

• Activity and consistency
• Professional behavior
• Communication skills
• Fair decision making
• Community feedback
• Following staff guidelines

Staff growth is earned, not rushed.

Basic Requirements​

• Be mature and respectful
• Stay active in game and/or community spaces
• Be willing to learn staff tools and procedures
• Follow all server rules and staff policies
• Work well with other team members
• Have an active Discord account and security features enabled.

No prior staff experience is required, but it definitely helps.

Expectations​

• Check in regularly and remain active
• Respond to players in a calm and helpful way
• Do not abuse staff permissions
• Do not handle situations emotionally or aggressively
• Escalate issues when needed instead of guessing

We are building a long term team, not just handing out tags.
