Just Bought A Game.. CS:GO

Hello,

I just bought the game CS:GO, I rarely play games and have always said no to buying it when my friends asked me. Although after awhile of watching a few videos on YouTube I thought ill give it a go. So my question is, Do you have any tips for a noob?

Find maps you like, Since you are unranked, people cant bitch at you too much for doing noob things. So find a strategy that works for you. If its camping in a corner, So be it.

Also, Stay away from auto snipers. They... Well.. Dont win you popularity points.

Thanks, what gun would you suggest? In COD I was more of an automatic machine gun kind of guy, if that helps at all.

This is nothing like COD, Imo. Other then the fact that you have teams and guns. If you like machine guns, I suggest an SMG for starts, Once your aim is good with those, Go for the AK/M4A(A/1-S). They have just buffed the Famas on the CT side so it does alot of damage in a few hits.

The M4A1 is like the "Swat" In black ops 2. The AK is the Ak.. Lol. The bolt action snipers are going to be your Awp's and SSG's. Your ssg usually takes 2 hits, And the AWP take one.

The auto.. Well.. Its the Scar and the G3sg1, Like i said before stay away from them if you dont want to get yelled at and possibly voted off. Other then that you should be good

I also recommend getting Operation Bloodhound. It lets you do special missions while playing the game and it will give you extra XP. Plus when you level up you get a skin drop. Totally worth it.
