Not Looking for an Hcf or anything of that sort. Looking for a simple kit mad with maybe Mod, Owner, and Admin(Maybe Dev or Helper) ranks (Of Course a default rank). No anti-cheat needed with a simple spawn and PVP area.

Looking for a cheap build mostly because I'm not asking for a huge amount of the regular "pricey plugins"

PS: Looking for plugins / a Setup I can put in a premade server and just run it.
