Kit Plugin | Factions

Hello, I am currently looking for a Kit plugin for my factions server (cakeraids.g-s.nu).
I would pay any amount up to $20 (or more) for a custom made one. I know that I could use essentials but the permissions nodes aren't working for me.

Commands I want:

• /kit <kitname> - Uses a kit.
• /createkit <kitname> <cooldown in seconds> - Copies inventory slots and makes it a kit.
• /deletekit <kitname> - Deletes a kit.
• /kits or /kit - Shows kits the user has permissions to.

Features I want:

• If inventory is full then put the items that cannot fit in the players inventory into a player vault or make a command that can claim items from kits that could not fit into the players inventory.
• Configurable.
• Messages when a command from plugin used (Received kit Member, Kit Member Created, this would all be configurable of course.)

Budget:
$20-$100 (I DO NOT PAY FIRST EVEN IF YOU HAVE VOUCHES BECAUSE I AM OFFERING A LOT OF MONEY!)
