But, do you have permission to sell this?

Yes, although it's a bit changed...for example from spruce to dark and some details like little tower/sharp structure on the roof is removed but i always will recognize my own build :p

Of course it's not a big thing...just a one house but if there is one then just as good there can be more houses taken from publicly available builds...

I guess i must take this as compliment :) ...this is actually a third time i see these houses on MCM
