Hello, I am looking for a developer who can code a KitPvP Powerup Plugin. I've been searching the web for one but unfortunately I haven't found one that works yet.

What the plugin should do :
- OP should be able to create generators on a certain locations across the kitpvp map.
- OP should be able to edit the item that will spawn, as well as the command the certain item will execute on a player who runs into the item (when picked up).
- %player% placeholder
- Generator shall spawn different items at a randomised chance so it doesn't keep spawning the same item in 1 generator.
- OP should be able to edit the interval between the items spawning upon pickup.
- When a spawned item is not picked up, another item shall not spawn.

Commands :
/powerup create GENERATOR_NAME : Creates a generator on the block OP is standing
/powerup item ITEM_ID COMMAND : Binds a command to a certain item
/powerup delete GENERATOR_NAME : Deletes a specific generator
/powerup interval SECOND : Sets the interval between spawning in seconds
/powerup help : Help page
/powerup (Any other commands Developer seems necessary!)

Permissions :
No permissions needed, please just make sure everyone can pick this up and the commands listed above ^ can be only executed by an OP

Example :
1. /powerup create Generator1 (Creates generator in the coordinate OP is standing assuming it's 0,100,0)
2. /powerup item Sugar effect %player% minecraft:speed 15 1
3. /powerup item Enderpearl give %player% enderpearl 1
4. /powerup interval 10
5. Oops, don't want the generator there? /powerup delete Generator1

Now this will have a Sugar or Enderpearl spawning on the generator located at 0,100,0
When a player runs into the generator and picks up a Sugar, they will get a 15 second Speed I boost. 10 seconds later, another randomised item will spawn (assuming an enderpearl spawns this time) and whoever picks up the enderpearl will be given 1 pearl. If nobody picks up the item, another item will NOT spawn in 10 seconds unless item is picked up.

Now the price... Our server is a tiny server and donations aren't great at all :/

How much do you reckon would be the suitable amount? Sorry I'm new to this and I don't really know how much a plugin of that complexity costs.
