$2.50/GB is normal for a hosting company. in my opinion, I would not spend more than $2.50/GB unless it gives amazing DDoS support.

Indeed, there is a reason behind that. We recently changed our price to 2.50/GB when he commented our prices was higher then they are now.

The site is pretty overused in my opinion. I feel this host has potential. Although, you could improve upon some things such as:
- Customizing your Mutlicraft panel
- Adding Livechat
- Getting a different template or new website.
- Getting SSL

You don't actually have to buy a new site or template. A couple of CSS edits could spruce up the site.

I would agree this site is pretty overused, we are planning on changing our website and getting an SSL in the future. Also for the Multicraft Panel. Starting probably Sunday we will be switch over to XenoPanel. We already have Live chat support, it's just offline atm.
