Where's the proof that he rigged it? Where's the proof it is fake? There is no proof that it was rigged / fake, only people saying it was rigged.
Where's the proof it was real? You're supporting an invalid argument. The only proof which can easily be provided and should be provided which proves it wasn't rigged, is a picture of the iPad package.

Maybe Grace is in there!
You even said proof over words, those are just words; provide proof of the claims.

He made a giveaway and you people are just triggered you didn't win. Honestly, just because you accuse someone of something doesn't mean they HAVE to provide proof or that they HAVE to defend themselves, mostly if it was done with a thread rather than just talking to the person privately. It's really pathetic how you're trying to turn it back on Kyle because he didn't provide proof, and more than likely, Kyle will likely just provide proof to staff not publicly. He doesn't owe you guys anything, he did the giveaway to be nice and instead, he's got people throwing tantrums because they didn't win lmao.
I never entered this giveaway, so again your point is invalid.

Tis correct, however. He can invalidate all of our points if proof of purchase/shipping is provided, I'm sure taking a screenshot isn't difficult for him. It's quite depressing how your comeback is "oh ur mad cause you didn't win", when in reality, that's not the case at all. As Cal said, it's a matter of principle. Are you saying it's okay to make bullshit giveaways and when asked for proof, you can just not give it? We want proof that the giveaway was indeed not fake, at least proof that the iPad was shipped to the winner. In our eyes, without proof, we can assume that it was a fake giveaway in order to promote his server. The professional way to go about the situation is to show pictures of iPad to know that the giveaway is authentic, record a random number generator, pick a winner, provide proof of shipping if asked, and nobody would say anything. Also, the "ur mad cause u didnt win" comeback is getting old, I could care less if I didn't get an iPad, just don't want him to get free advertising for a giveaway that may or may not have happened.

First of all, I’m not triggered I didn’t win it because I never even entered it. Frankly, I didn’t know of its existence until I saw this thread.

In the real world / legally, if the plaintiff (those against Kylew) present an argument stating he rigged or possibly rigged his giveaway and he denies it but refuses to provide evidence that it was legitimate, he would lose the case instantly.
You're essentially saying that the absence of proof to back a claim means no proof is necessary- this is a false statement. As per in this case, anyone who is accused of wrongdoing without distinctive evidence to back the accusation, is not required to back their claim opposing that of the accusation.
The term "accusation" is used to accuse someone of something, typically wrongdoing. Accusations have no proof, they are asking for proof to counteract themselves. Literally, when you accuse someone, you are basically asking for them to either dismiss you and thus prove you right or counteract your accusation with legitimate evidence.

One would think an innocent person who is being ridiculed by a large number of community members would just love to prove everyone else wrong or at least defend themselves properly (without degrading the opposition of course), but no, not in this instance apparently. In this case it seems perfectly adequate to simply say "I didn't do it" and move on.

glad 2 know you're superior cuz u r only 20

I miss being 20... so long ago. He'll get humbled eventually when his arrogance catches up to him ;)[DOUBLEPOST=1510028479][/DOUBLEPOST]
It's a matter of principle, most people don't really care that they didn't win the iPad or likely even want it that bad.

That's correct. I didn't even enter this contest. I could careless about the prize. However, what I do care about is integrity... something MCM has a major issue with because there are so many shady people, doing shady things.[DOUBLEPOST=1510029188][/DOUBLEPOST]
He already said it was legit, if people don't want to believe him, that's on them. He doesn't have to constantly defend himself. He did it once, that's enough for him.

No matter what people say, Kyle doesn't care and there's no valid proof that Kyle rigged it or that the giveaway is fake.

Your argument is so dumb. I feel dumber for reading it. This isn't how the world works kiddo.

much like what TellingMom said. Companies tend to exclude employees/families/etc so it's fair. There was no proof of the winner being selected.

Not just for fairness, but many states have laws requiring this, and it's considered fraud otherwise.

it was a brand new one :p

This thread is now very repetitive. Statements are basically just being restated but with more frustration.
Locking the thread completely or nobody replying till the picture or Kylew replies/Zachary replies would be good.

I didn't join the giveaway not personally know kylew so I'll just give my input. There's no proof that the iPad was bought or even delivered. There's no proof at all that the rolling was legit. There's also no proof that is wasnt either. I think Kylew and Zach should provide order info. Sure the rolling has passed but it's never too late to show proof of purchase, and the reason of salt isn't a valid reason for not showing that. Not saying Kylew did rig it, not saying he didnt , just giving my opinion on what should happen.

I thought they were creative and optimistic, I don’t have to give a reasoning for why I rated it. I don’t see how that’s “immature”.
Usually in forums, those ratings are used in a negative light.

In which I completely agree, but Kyle chooses to be a dick rather than just disproving us, which makes the whole situation more suspicious.

Although it may look like suspicious circumstances, I don't see what could be done now. As Kyle has said, his giveaway did follow all of MC-Market's rules, if his staff member won and he decided to re-roll it that would be far less fair. I do however agree that we should prevent situations like this happening again, so if anyone has any input or suggestions on what could actually be changed then please take a look at TellingMom's suggestion here.

I'll lock this thread now as its clearly gotten out of hand with people calling others "salty bitches". If you have something constructive to say, give input on the suggestion above.
