How do you know he ended up giving it to his staff member? maybe his staff member won out of the votes, are you just mad that it seems like he gave it to a staff member, but do you have valid proof?

I didn't even get actually tagged on this thread but, I felt like I should throw in my two cents as I know how much you hate me Sniper .

I entered the iPad giveaway not knowing if I would win or not just like everybody else. I didn't know I won until recently someone PMed me on discord about it.

As for the screenshots of me defending Kyle that's what I do for people being attacked for little to no reason by half the forums.

I just think it's strange that you just happen to win it, defending him constantly and being his staff member. Not trying to start anything, but just seems weird.

Being a staff member should disqualify them from the contest. Conflict of interest. There are even sweepstakes/contest laws in the US governing this sort of thing.

If you provided a video of the randomizer selecting your staff member then there is proof it’s fair, but otherwise it seems like you had this all planned out as a scam... Seems totally rigged, just my opinion.

Unfortunately, it is a matter of opinion. People are entitled to formulate their opinions about anything and anyone based on anecdotal evidence. The way the thread reads is not slanderous at all. However, if we want to play the fact game, several facts have been presented that add some reasonable doubt... friend/staff member won... the actual drawing is not documented... the way kylew responds, character sheds quite a bit of insight. These reasons alone are why companies that hold sweepstakes/contest/giveaways have explicit rules making employees and their immediate families ineligible, and often also have a 3rd party handle the contest logistics, so that no bias is inferred, and because of sweepstake/contest laws.

the funny thing is that you held a giveaway with the requirment to advertize your server and you didnt think it would be a good idea to document it, even go as far as to not take a pic or a simple gif,and then the winner is a staff member on your server.
