so you wanted to open this giveaway for an iPad mini, which you know is quite the money and there are people who want it. only just to pretty much say fuck you and give it to your buddy. it's not pointless when it's clearly obvious that the situation looks fishy. you seem like you're okay with being accused of deception, lying, and more. do you not realize how much of an ass you make yourself look like from that post?

You come off as arrogant and just because you believe people think you could't afford a iPad Mini because they asked for proof. When it comes to items like this, common sense would probably entail that "huh, maybe i should post proof so people don't get lied too".

I don't usually jump into these. First off Brazy you are the one who sounds like a dumbass when you insult people like that. I understand that you really want to win that Ipad but really? As much as Kylew makes me dislike him because of all his success and ignoring all my PM's unless you have any real proof of any of this I think its best you stop this slander and move on with your life dude. Maybe if Kylew was like his IRL buddy or something but honestly its Minecraft. What would be going through his mind? Just send to my friend instead of the giveaway? But I do want to clear things up, if you want to be honest. There isn't proof to support nor deny if this contest was rigged or not. However, there was no evidence of using a randomizer so there could be a change of it being selected by choice.

I understood both points that were said here but honestly, all people had to do to enter was put the picture in their signature. I did that and I don't really care. So what he may have given it to his friend like Kylew said there aren't any rules saying he has to give proof so honestly nothing comes out of this thread except slander and some more salt.
All everyone who entered this competition lost was their top slot for 1-month max. And honestly, that isn't something everyone should complain about.
A slightly more productive way to put this thread would be to go and post a suggestion saying that showing proof of the winner should be posted when holding a competition. (I have not checked if this has been suggested or if it is currently being suggested).

It's a matter of principle, most people don't really care that they didn't win the iPad or likely even want it that bad. The problem is it is very fishy and if the allegations are true scummy that he gave the iPad to a staff member. Even if he was picked legitimately. it does not change the appearance. It appears wrong, even if that wasn't the intent. Not to mention the dismissive and snide remarks from Kylew on the subject.
