Hello!

I'm here to sell this very high quality factions spawn which I just finished 5 minutes ago. It has a spruce & stone pallet, looks great and has lots of features.

It contains the following:
Main Spawn

• 1 Main spawn tower
• 1 extra (/spawn) pad
• Dropzone ledge all around the spawn
• Exits N S E W (all have signs to buy potions)
• A farm
• Anvil & crafting area
• Signs for rules
• Crates area (3 crates)

• A harbour (contains clock tower, lots of houses, bridge, docks)

Looks nice, a bit expensive for what people are willing to spend on this site. Also, you may attract more customers by adding a crates area.

It's just that most factions servers tend to have crates like vote crates or premium crates you could buy keys for, so it's a good thing to have. Anyways, GLWS.

Would possibly be willing to go to 300, but that spawn is worth 300. I've seen worse sold for 300

Not sure how it looks from the top (picture of whole spawn area) and in default resource pack but nevertheless price seems to be fair...it's a lot of work to build all those small houses and harbour. Good luck with sale :tup:
