Plugin Development Terms of Service
- There are strictly no refunds given and all sales are final after the initial payment has been made unless permission has been given by myself or that I cannot complete the work to the full potential.

- Chargebacks and disputes are strictly prohibited and can terminate your rights for the product and its usage. If a chargeback or dispute is opened, a Scam Report will be created against your MC-Market account.
- Sales below or equal to 20 USD must be paid 100% upfront.
- Source code is included (if requested) free of charge on orders under 20 USD, a 5 USD fee will be applied for source code access if the cost is greater than 20 USD.
- Any additions not stated in the original overview may encounter a fee depending on complexity and time.
- Bug fixes/minor changes are offered free of charge for up to 6 months after the plugin has been completed.
- You may not re-sell the product to anyone else unless resell-rights has been granted with permission from myself.
- You may not claim this as your own work.
- You acknowledge that the terms of service can be changed at any time without notice.
