Hello y'all,
I for one have always found it interesting how opinionated people are about LilyPad and Bungeecord. I for one have used both softwares for many months for many projects, and I know if big servers that use both. Therefore I have decided that I want to state what i have learned over these experiences, however I want to hear what y'all think. Now, I do not want flames and people saying LilyPad is better because it just is, I would prefer if we had a real debate. Now I have gotten most of my information either from self experience, and from talking with server owners and developers. Before I start I would like to say that I currently use LilyPad on my projects, but I have used Bungeecord very recently.

Conclusion

Both of these softwares have their perks and both will work, however it depends on what direction you want to go. However if you do not have a high budget, or a developer who is willing to learn the api, then stick away from LilyPad, with LilyPad you will need a developer, as that is what it is intended for according to the author.
[3/20/17, 10:27:10 PM] katie.onis: >>LilyPad is intended for those with developers to code plugins for the software unlike BungeeCord which is made for the masses.
[3/20/17, 10:27:11 PM] katie.onis: Basically.
However, in the end no matter what software you go with, you will be fine as both softwares are reliable and updated.
