Hi, I'm Nathan. I'm currently studding a level 3 diploma in computer science at college. I've been working with Linux for over 3 years now, and have lots of experience with multiple distributions of Linux including:
  • Debian
  • Ubuntu
  • CentOS
I have worked with many networks and companies from minecraft networks to hosting & computing companies. I can negotiate pricing & hours, or i can do one time jobs. Here's a list of my skill set:
  • Web server setup (SSL installations, virtual hosts, PHP & MySQL DBMS(Phpmyadmin etc..) Setup Securely)
  • SSH security steps including: SSH keys, port changing and root user disabling
  • Advance Firewall & IP tables setup
  • Networking setup (Add multiple IPs to one machine)
  • Multicraft Setup & Installation
  • WHMCS Setup & Installation
  • General troubleshooting
  • CPanel install, Wordpress, forums etc..
  • Provide help with domain settings and setting up sub domains like 'test.test.com'
  • Install of game servers and Teamspeak servers

I don't really think this is legit. The way you write... and describe things are peculiar, and don't seem very much educated. Including the most known distributions is a waste of time as well.
Most people looking to hire him, wont have any knowledge of Linux themselves. That's why they want to hire him. Often simple and easy to understand terms are the best. There is a chance they might know what Linux distribution their dedi is, and seeing that he works with that cant do any harm. It doesn't really matter if its there or not.

I know you do system administration and he will be competition, but you don't have to post negative comments on his thread to try and put people off.

Anyhow best of luck with sales :)

Thing is, I've had a bad recommendation about him. And I trust the person who gave it. But good point. I'll delete comment, I guess.
