I think you should add live support from tawk.to. It would be really nice feature and it's free as well :p
You could use it for users who need a question answered fast.

I like to think I answer questions in support requests pretty fast.. >.>
You do, just if people need a question answered right now at that very second of that very moment they can use live-chat. And I think that live-chat should be chat-mod and mod but also another role like "Live Support" given to people :3

What makes you think that mods will be online on that chat all the time? if they're not online to do reports, support requests or other things, they're not online for livechat either. period.

I'm not sure we have enough staff members to get everyone their question answered right then at that very second every time. :p
So we'd most likely have to add "normal people", like you said.
And in that case, it's no different than simply asking your question in shoutbox, where normal members can answer.
Chat mods such as myself will also correct any false answers given by normal members if we're available.
The only real difference would be a dramatic increase in staff like positions.
This creates a problem because the more staff members that information has to be synchronized with, the greater the room for error; which is a major issue to consider, and should be avoided whenever possible.
Not only that but it creates confusion on the forum, where people don't know who to go to for specific support.
I can't tell you how many times I as a chat mod am tagged in a thread or added to a conversation for help with thread based stuff that I simply cannot resolve with my authority. Or a mod is added to a conversation needing resource help, and all they can do is add me.

Though, considering the basis for your suggestion itself, I can't think of any reason why someone would need second fast support. I really can't.
We're a forum, where communication and information is open and available by default. There's really no need for this.
After all, as I said before, support requests get answer/assigned almost instantly when I or another available staff member is online, which is a majority of the day.
I haven't heard any complaints in a very long time, except for support requests that are not questions but requests for actual support requiring moderator/administrator action; with which a support agent or chat mod could not be of any help.

I appreciate the suggestion, but it's not a very useful one for MC-Market. Maybe someplace more suited for live support.

I'm not angry? I was sarcastically saying that the live chat on mcm, if added, would not be abused. It will be abused constantly by people with pointless things. theoretically, however for urgent stuff like "My account just got hacked help" or "this guy is gonna attack the site in 10 mins here's proof".

Live chat is not meant for every website. We will be using it primarily for the fact that I prefer instant messaging compared to responsive threads. I want support to be instant compared to responding to threads.

Since we are new we have the ability to make this decision now unlike MCM already having the way they deal with support requests.
Firstly, it wasn't your site. It was name cheap actually. I just wasn't ever bothered to make this suggestion & I saw another big site using the same one, so I decided to make it :)
It has its bugs but it also has its fixes. I'm willing to try it out for our release of AresMC.

Personally,

I just think you need to be patient. Everyone has to be patient in life because not everyone is available to help you with support.

I'm sure anyone who owns a Server back in the days can relate. And it's easy to say when you're not a staff member that'll have to keep up with being online soooo much for online support.
Well they don't have to be online 24/7 - maybe they do it in shifts like, 2 hours/staff not like 1 staff finishes another staff joins, just like a staffs fled 1-2 hours of support and goes off, another staff can join 3 hours later.


Also abusers -> People who abuse it can get a ban placed on them making it so that they cannot use it any more
