Long term developer/plugin configurator

I am currently looking for a long term plugin configurator/developer. I have spent about $200-$250 on my server and it really hasn't gotten anywhere. I had a few other owners, but they quit because they did not have any time to put in the server/personal problems. I feel like I am close to opening the server, but I just need someone dedicated to help me open. I can pay, but I like to keep my expenses low, but I would be interested in having someone help me long term. If you are going to ask for $30/mo or more, you better work hard. I know people who have tried this with me, and they don't do much work which makes it a waste of my money. I hate those kinds of people. So if you come in, and give me an offer of what you would like to do, please work hard.
