Longterm Developer...and hopefully a friend

Hi! My name is Char and I'm the owner of an equine Minecraft server. As a server we are looking for a long term developer to help develop horse plugins for our server.

We are looking for someone that will stick with us for a while.
- Willing to work with players or other staff members
- Must have discord, skype or kik or another easy way of contact
- Understand English well

We respect what you do, so please respect what we do. I know it's an odd type or server, but believe it or not, we have competition.

Developers will be paid based on the size of the plugins!

Most, if not all plugins will be private.
