Looking for 2 backend developers - Starting at 2.5$/hour

Heloooooooooooo! My name is UnfamousThomas. Yes, my account here is new. But I am starting up a new minecraft network and I am not a coder/developer, so I need help. I am looking for 2 backend, and 2 frontend developers. You will be paid depending on the size of the project, but the minimum is 2.5$/hour, maximum being 20$/hour. There wont be contract signing - so we will just have to go with each other's trust, so if you are not comfortable with that, don't apply. Time: Our current gamemode we are working on is very big, and requires quite some work - but we excpect do finish it in the next 5 months.

1.5+ years in Java
1+ years with Spigot/Bukkit
Can use GitHub correctly
Knows he's way around mangodb, mysql and phpMyAdmin
Have Discord
Want to do it for more than the money (Enjoy programming)

Can work in a team
10+ years old
1.5+ years in Java
1+ years with BungeeCord
1+ years with Spigot/Bukkit
Can use GitHub correctly
