Looking for a Back-end Developer

I am looking for a back-end developer that has good experience with Multicraft.
I would also want quotes on the following:

- Backup System Implemented Into Multicraft to take backups and send to our backup server then able to restore backups from past 7 days.
- Java Version Selector on Multicraft.
- Integrate Server Templates and JAR Pre-installs into a Modal Popup.
