Looking For A Build?

Hi i'm Simpy567,
I build various different themes going from steampunk to modern and medieval. I have been an experienced builder I have built large spawns, hubs and maps. All of my builds have been single handed by myself, but sometimes with the help of one or two others if the build is quite large.

Yes, there will be a cost involved...so to prevent scamming or arguments. In advance of the build I would have to ask for half the cost of the build before i start building to prevent scamming.
I'm easily contacted I have Skype and easily spoken to.

2. Try to include a wider range of your builds. They aren't very high quality. You could also use shaders for better pictures.
3. You may not want to include "Buyer pays half upfront first" because you are pretty new, have little to no reputation on this market.
