Looking for a Co-Owner

RomanMC is a new SMP + Skyblock server. It has a steady playerbase and has made $2,000+ in its 3 months of opening. It is growing and feels a need for another CoOwner that can also help with the progress of the server. Add me on Discord AL. EviL DeEdZ#1809 to apply if and only if you meet ALL these requirements:

• Good experience with configuring plugins
• Good experience with moderating a playerbase
• Somewhat experienced at developing plugins
• Non toxic
• Willingness to share ideas without hesitation
• Isn't just a helping updating machine, but acknowledges the server as their own as well and helps in its growth, helping in bringing new players in, helping in ad campaigns, communicating and guiding new players, etc.
• Ready to help incase of an emergency
• Not just being a coowner for a payout, but because they actually enjoy the work. If you are someone who works for the money, and not because they actually love what they are doing, please do not apply.
• Doesn't get a god complex. but actually interacts and maybe plays with other players.
• Doesn't give out items unless really needed.

Server costs are $100 per month, and whatever we earn per month minus the server costs, the coowner will earn 35% of it in the initial months (as all the server so far was developed by me, but as you give a hand in the servers growth, in the following months will definitely increase the percent of earning). Please not that you need to be willing to dedicate your time to the server.

If you are to apply only to troll, I would be disappointing you as the cloud we run on takes automatic backup of the entire server as well as all the databases every 4 hours onto another backup cloud. RomanMC is a serious server and we are growth focused. It has potential to become one of the better servers out there. There can be a possibility some months it wouldn't earn anything. If you aren't the type of person that has patience and can take risks, do not apply.
