What am I Wanting?​

My name is KZ, I have been in the Minecraft community for a while and I think it is time I really dedicate myself to making a public server full throttle. I am looking for someone to take on this project with me. Here are the things I am asking the person to be able to "supply".

• At least 16 years old.
• Have working mic
• In a decent timezone to me (I am EST)
• Able to commit to the development of the server (Brownie points for knowing java)
• Able to have fun, but able to know when to be professional
• Willing to help somewhat with funding of the server (this is not mandatory)

What am I Giving?​

I will also be able to supply these things

• Being 20 (Almost 21)
• Communicates well
• Willing to commit full force on the server and come up with ideas whether they be custom or not.
• I am very humorous but I know when to filter that out.
• I will be willing to split the server 25/25/50 starting out and willing to negotiate on this further
  • 25% for me.
  • 25% for you.
  • 50% into the server's development and staff.

Server Idea​

I have not talked much about the server however I do have some ideas on what I want to start.

I would first like to start out with a factions server, I would like to make a comp or OP factions, I would however if possible like to make it NOT pay to win, however, payouts will be based on the fact of if our buycraft goal is met. How will we do this you might ask. Well, I plan to have it to where when you are active in the discord you get points that you can transfer to the server. With this, you can get the same type of stuff you can get on BuyCraft, but in a way to not have to spend your money.

After we release factions I would like to release my custom plugin idea I have. I have attempted to have this made into a plugin, however, it did not turn out the way I wanted so I want to have this remade. I will go into more detail on this idea once you are a committed member of the team!

I would like to open up multiple game modes and be a full network at some point as well. If you have any questions or you would like to talk about this position please reach out on discord!​
