Looking for a Custom Crops Plugin

I need a plugin that allows me to make my own crops. I would like this plugin to require specific permissions per crop to be harvested and placed. Ill be making the drops from MMOItems and I would like this to be integrated in a way I can use the JobsReborn plugin to reward players for harvesting and planting.

GUI configuration isn't required but would be nice.

I'll take it as it goes. I'm not sure how complex the plugin should be. Its not adding a whole bunch. What would you say this kind of work goes for?
