Looking for a dedicated developer to join our servers team of staff. We are looking for someone that will be strictly dedicated to our server, fixing bugs, creating and updating plugins and focused on making our server a better for all players. This will be a full time job and we expect consistent work throughout the week. We also expect a high level of maturity, and respect to all other staff. Failure to show up and work your hardest on pushing out plugins will unfortunately make us have to consider removing you from the team. We don’t wish to have to remove anyone so please if this is something you’re interested in and want to apply make sure you can be committed. Our budget is tight right now so compensation for your work will be low but once the server starts generating enough income you will be properly compensated for your work. Please keep forum topics on topic and civil, don't slander/flame each other -_-. Yes I'm mini modding for now. anyways regarding OP, it is very unlikely/rare to find a developer that will work to the standard that you'd probably want for low compensation. I suggest you develop incentives or just scrape some money through offering some sort of service on this marketplace or other sites and save up for a developer.

It's super hard to find a proper developer and when you do they will not work for free. If you find a developer you should at least give them %10 of the server and maybe something else as they are the backbone of any good server.
