Looking for a HCF Developer (Going to Pay Monthly)

Hello, I am looking for a HCF Developer that can help me finish my server and I will be paying him monthly. We need a developer that can Code for the server and add new things in it. I don't know exactly what to do with my HCF server I wanna add new things but I dont know thats why I need help. for more information add my discord.

Price Range : 15 - 25 Dollars (We are going to add it up if the server is going well)
Requirements:
- Any kind of proof that you are trust worthy.
- Any kind of codes, developed things you've done.

Mind providing more information? Such as what tasks they'd have to do, how many hours a week you're expecting them to work, rough idea of what the pay would look like etc.

I just want them to work anytime they can, i don't want to tire them or anything. I just want them to help me finish my HCF server and fix the bugs, right now I don't know that tasks but I have many bugs i want to finish, and I want them to setup the hub and bungee because I tried and it didn't work. I want a developer that could atleast do hour a day and if they can't I don't mind making it per week but the Price range we can pay is 10 - 20 Dollars unless the server really going well we add up the price everytime.
