Hello, I am wondering if any hosting company's are looking for employees. I am 14, have much experience in dedicated server management and so I can help customers out with just about anything related to dedicated servers or hosting. On top of that I have had my fair share in managing plugins and have founded many servers thus allowing me to help customers with plugin issues and information. Doubt you even read the thread. He's asking to be employed (to work) for a company, not get a server...

You cannot legally work for a hosting company.

This is entirely incorrect. In many states including Iowa it is legal for companies to hire 14-15 year olds with certain hours. They need a work permit issued from a school or government facility. It is restricted of course but it is still possible.
