Looking for a Management Position on a Newer Server

I have been manager on a few other servers, and feel like my knowledge and experience in real world project management makes me more than qualified to help manage a server.

I am currently 16 years old, and operate on Eastern Standard Time. Most of my time restrictions outside of school come from sports and work. However I will still be able to devote around 10 hours a week.

I got a 4.3

is that your weighted or unweighted...you probably take AP classes which are weighted more. this guy's gpa is probably based on a 4.0 scale and is probably not in any ap/ib classes.
