I would suggest using a program such as Malwarebytes to scan for a virus on your computer.
My computer is only slightly more powerful, and I can easily run games like GTA V at max settings / 1080p / 50 FPS.
With that being said, are you willing to build your own computer?

I managed to find a case that had some purple on it.
The AMD R7 1700 will vastly outperform the I7 7700k in all multithreaded workloads and come very close in single threaded tasks.

I built a system for $700 USD a month ago, and I'm loving it so far, great for my needs. I went with the GTX 1050 Ti Gaming card, and a newer edition i5 can run CSGO full settings at 1920 resolution at 300 fps max
