Looking for a Partner | Half payment required

Hey! i'm looking for a co-Owner i'm going to make this thread short and easy to understand, so if you think i'm a lazy ass person, i'm not, just that i don't want to spend too much time on this thread, so yea, if your interested in paying half payment pm me!

Note: I do know a java developer that can do plugins for free!

you are needed to pay for a banner, maybe a custom build, but we can always find a pre-build thats very cheap or a cheap custom build.

What hosting am i planning to use?

the co-Owner will earn 50% of what the server earns, i believe if we put time on the server will will receive success.

Just adding a opinion here, if you won't put a lot of effort into a thread, how are we sure you will be able to put in effort to other stuff?
Sorry, but you are requesting a Co-Owner, I would understand if this was a helper recruitment, but it isn't. But at the end of the day, it's your decision and I'm not going to argue against it. But, I don't see high potential in your server, sorry.

Also if you are saying a Co-Owner will receive 50% profit/server earnings, would that equal 50% for you? If so, no profit is going into the server/network to expand. I would understand like 10% profit each, and the other 80% invested into the server. Such as advertisements, qualified staff, the server, etc. Seems like you are doing this server just for profit, and not for players themselves to enjoy.

Ok, but a co-owner may seem someone who you still have power over since you are the owner, but they are still important. Putting effort into a thread actually shows how dedicated you are to your server, the way you present things is not very good for an owner, and to be honest you are requesting a lot for a Co-Owner to contribute...

You can't really expect to find a partner with this thread, surely? It's been half-assed written and not thought out at all. You say you're "not lazy" but this is a lazy thread. You've given no information in the main thread as to what the partner will get in return for their investment, and you haven't even said how much they'd be paying. If you're not going about this professionally and informatively, then no-one is going to want to work with you or even take you seriously for that matter.

Also, I am sorry, but if you can't afford to buy even a cheap build or banner, then you shouldn't really be running a Minecraft server. A lack of funds is what causes a lot of servers to crash nowadays; I'd suggest saving/earning some money and budgeting.

Sorry this sounded harsh, but sometimes the cold-hard truth is what you need to hear.

Also " you cannot buy a cheap banner / build:" well if you take a sec and look at graphix design section, there are some 7.50~10 dollar banner over there. And i do know alot of professional builders that do cheap builds, or even free builds[DOUBLEPOST=1484179589][/DOUBLEPOST]Since theres only arguements im closing this thread
