I’m currently looking for someone to collaborate with on my Factions server (1.21.4). Around 95% of the server is already finished, so there isn’t a huge workload - just some final touches.
The person I’ve been working with is now too busy with other obligations, so I’m looking for someone who’s passionate about Minecraft servers and can help me wrap things up.
Staff members who want to help the community grow - Moderators, Event Managers, etc. Every bit of support is welcome!
For now, this is a non-paid collaboration, since I’ve already spent quite a bit on marketing, plugins, and assets.
However, in the future, I definitely plan to compensate contributors once the server starts generating revenue. I see this as a long-term project with big potential.

About the Project
- Server type: Factions (PvP / Raiding)
- Version: 1.21.4
- Target audience: Mostly Balkan players, but we’ll also have some international players - so if you don’t mind a mixed environment, that’s perfect!
- Goal: Bring back an old, once-popular server that had around 100+ players daily almost 10 years ago. We’re aiming to surpass those numbers this time.
What I Need Help With
- ItemsAdder textures: I’ve purchased a lot of high-quality textures, but I’m struggling to properly import them into ItemsAdder.
- A few event setups: I have everything organized and explained step-by-step on Trello, so you can easily follow along and understand what’s needed.
Also Looking For
