Starfish Studios, we been up for over a year and have completed a lot of commissions so far. Current problem is that freelancers claim 1% of the commissions we bring, it's like they don't want to work and activity tests are not great either. Also need someone to focus on the clients and have better communication with the freelancers to ensure things get to work

Hire more freelancers then. Useless hiring sales rep if only 1% of the tickets are taken

We're always open for new freelancers but not a lot of good ones come, most under our regular age and without a portfolio who end up breaking our terms... We need a manager to take care of the freelancers and a sales rep for the clients

10% commission is pretty high for a sales rep.
Would recommend lowering it.
