Looking for a Server Developer/Development Team (Annihilation Gamemode)

Hello, I have been working on an idea for a server for quite some time now, and I am in need of some help of pursuing this idea. I was looking to remake the Annihilation game mode that was once very popular.
I am requesting a development team to build onto this idea, make the custom Annihilation plugin, and setup the server from the ground up. If all goes right, I am hoping to find either a part-time team or full-time (preferred).
