Looking for a Skyblock Spawn build

I'm looking for a builder to build me a skyblock spawn/hub with an area for npcs, a spot for a single crate, a spot for fishing, and a drop in the middle to a warzone underneath. The warzone doesn't have to be too detailed and can be the same size as the hub/spawn. I was looking for something around 200x200. I want it to be tropical themed, like a tropical island of sorts.
