I currently have a website but the person who worked on it recommended a really bad host. My website does not have e-mail features due to an issue with the proc_open.

I'm looking for a webdesigner that can recommend me a new host and transfer my website, fixing the proc_open issue and get the website running smooth.

Use vercel for the web hosting aspect.
