Looking for advanced minigame developer

Hi, I am looking for a developer or several developers to help in the creation of an advanced minigame with lobby mechanics, multiple guis, and a robust set of commands. You won't be alone working on it. If you're willing, I request that you join our group Northdot Studio for the duration of the project where other developers, configurators, and designers will be coordinating their work. We will also share a common github repository and organization for the project. You will be credited with contributing towards the minigame when it goes live and be paid for your work through paypal. How exactly does the payment system work? Is it based per-hour worked or is there a set amount that the developer gets before/after working on the minigame?

There is a set amount we will agree upon beforehand. 50% will be paid upfront and the rest will be paid upon completion. All payments will be done through paypal.
