I am the Owner of GammaCraft, a 1.16.3 Java Towny server. At the moment we have one Administrator spot free, and are looking to see what we can find on Mc-Market.

Requirements:
- You must have impeccable management experience.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Hiring and firing staff.
- Staff management.
- Briefing/training staff.
- Community management.
- Discord management.
- Document writing.
- Etcetera...
- You must have impeccable moderation and supervision experience.
- This should be a given, but you must know most in-game commands.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Core Protect.
- WorldEdit.
- LuckPerms.
- Essentials.
- Punishment commands.
- Etcetera...
- You must be 18 years old or above. (Some exceptions can be made).
- You must be 100% fluent in English. Professionalism is a must.
- You must be great with people, as support is part of the job.
- You must be at least 16 years old or above.
- You must be 100% fluent in English. Professionalism is a must.
