Looking for an experienced dev for a skyblock server (paying)

Hello my name is Conner, and i own a Minecraft server and i am looking for a developer to work on my skyblock server. We have a lot of good ideas that will separate us from the competition, i think this server will do good we are just running low on staff. About me, im 15, i have experience in creating servers and being staff in many so i know my way around servers. I have been thinking about making a server for awhile and finally want to follow through with it since i have a lot of good ideas thought out and am well connected with people to advertise the server and make a teamspeak server, i just am looking for a good developer.

I know that this does not feel like a lot for you very very experienced developers im really looking for experienced developers who are active and can communicate.
