Looking for an experienced server owner to become a Network partner

Hey, my name is Butters and I own a small Minecraft network with 3 Gamemodes Survival, Skyblock, and Prison. Most of them are still in development but its hard for me to do this all by myself I originally had my 2 friends help me but they don't really do anything and I can't depend on them to help my server grow and get a player base.

I want someone about my age 15 but I would prefer if you were 15 or older. I need someone who owns a successful server and is looking to expand by joining my dream to run a network. I'm looking for a Co-Owner/Manager and I'm willing to split server donations but I not looking to pay someone to merge or join me.

Requirements:
- Owns a server with a good daily player base.
- Age 15+
- Speaks English
- Has Discord

How interviews will work/be like:
- I ask you about your server
- Talk about what we want for our servers
- Play a few mini-games so we get an idea what the other is like
- Are you a nice person?
- Can We work together?

- I will take my time with the apps/interview
- I might not accept anyone
- I will close this when I feel like I found someone or I'm not looking anymore
- I'm not planning on replying if I find someone else just look here.
- You will get a msg from me if you're the one
- Updates will only be posted here and I will not give/send/reply update info on discord
- I would be covering for the majority of the servers/server I have

Well the topic dose but I don’t think ppl want to see a blank post with no content. And I did make the network all buy myself as the people who were originally owners did not help.

All I’m looking for is someone to help out and work with me. Preferably with server experience who know how to get players.
