Looking for an HCF Terrain

Hello MCM,

I am looking for a, preferibly, non-excluse HCF terrain. My budget would be around 5-10$ for a non-excluse one. If you can offer me an exclusive terrian, I will negotiate a price.
Here is what the world needs to have:
- flat spots at:
*0,0
*500,500 (each quadrant)
*0,x (For roads, about 30 blocks wide)
*x,0 (For roads, about 30 blocks wide)
- Increased ores (Not super OP increased ores, about 3x the normal amount)
- A border at 3000 from spawn (So total map width/length = 6000 by 6000)
(- Increased monster spawners if possible)

Thanks for the offer, I was wondering at what coordinates the spaces for koths are and what the y-value (Height) of the roads and spawn is.

they should be centered at the 500 marks, and the y-value should be in the 60s, though I'm not 100% on the latter. It's a bit late tonight, I was about to head off for sleep, so I'm afraid I can;'t get a more exact estimate rightaway

As long as you can promise me its not below 55 I'll buy it

Its more likely to be above the 60s. if you DO buy it and it turns out below 55 after all, I'll give you a refund when you wake up tomorrow.

It turns out I alreadu bought this exact map from a different buyer. Ive spent 16$ now on this map.... Its a decent map but the default y is at 21, which makes just no sense. Would it be possilbe for you to change the y value in any way? Otherwise please send a refund.[DOUBLEPOST=1517176948][/DOUBLEPOST]This means I am still looking for an HCF terrain.
