Looking for an (Staff)Manager (NON-PAID)

Hello everybody,
I am the owner of a server called FluctisMC.
Our server is in need of a quality (Staff)Manager.
Our last Manager resigned due to some problems with our server.


Information about FluctisMC
FluctisMC is a server that is being managed by 3 Owners known as Vrienden, ItzMonster (Me) and WumbleScrumbleYT. Vrienden and me are the official owners of the Factions realm. WumbleScrumbleYT will be owning and managing the Skyblock realm. If you apply to this post you applied for our Factions realm!

What we are in need of
We are currently in need of a Manager, who can help out the server by configuring, managing the staff team and working on bugs. This manager must have had experience in the past, of being a staff member. The manager will be expected to be very active and show a lot of dedication to our server.

What the Manager must be able to do:
The manager must be online for 2+ hours p/day. The person will be expected to work on any bugs that have been reported and making sure that the staff team is not abusing. The member is not allowed to be staff on any other server IF it infects his playtime on FluctisMC.
