Looking for ballpark quote on a custom made Spawn

Hello, I am looking for some friendly builders that can help me construct a spawn for my server. My budget is probably $30, so I'm not sure where that will take me. I think the spawn would be approximately 200x200. Possibly smaller. I am looking for a village with a town hall building, trading square, various houses, a pub, and maybe even a fun wizard tower off to the side.

The players will spawn in the Town hall building and be greeted by a customNPC that will explain the various rules ect.. so it's not the traditional player spawning, walking through a room of sign.

An example of what I'm looking for, but certainly not what it has to be, would be Whiterun from Skyrim. I can attach a photo below. I am obviously not looking for this exact thing, I just want to visually show how I'm looking for the main castled buildings, the clustered houses, the pub, ect..

I can do half payment before, and the rest after it is complete. I don't have a serious time schedule, but the sooner the better!

Let me know if we can work something out! I would really prefer if you had some vouchers. I tried using someone without any vouchers and they just copied and edited other peoples builds claiming them as their own. I don't want stolen content on my server.

Hello, I was wondering if I could get a ballpark number from you guys on a build project.

I'm looking to make a medieval themed spawn. I'm thinking that the player will spawn in a castle. I medium sized castle, nothing too crazy. The players will walk down a set of steps into the town area. I am looking to have the town area populated with small houses and a pub. To the side of this town area I am looking to have a trading market that has stall plots that players can rent out to sell their wares. This is all I can think of a the moment. Let me know!

Price for this kind of project mainly depends on who will build it for you and what amount of details is needed. If we take for example 200x200 (size) build then some people might ask for just $30 but you could be disappointed with build quality...others might go as high as $1000 but you will definitely get top quality build.

At the end it all comes to what is your budged and what quality build you need.

Most sizes are given in block dimensions (2D). For example: 100 blocks on 100 blocks for a square.

Build size is usually measured in blocks.
Your budget is not very large but maybe Entity build team will still be able to help you...

Sorry for the late reply everyone, I thought that I had found a suitable builder and it didn't work out. I am currently looking again! I updated the main post, so hopefully everything is easier to understand in terms of what I am looking for!
