Payment Amount: $27 CAD per hour (with a cap of 50 hours per monthly cycle)

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated management figure with a background in art - preferably working with the Minecraft Marketplace and resource packs - to join our ever growing and expanding Orange Branch.
You'd be taking on the day to day running's of the branch and shaping it into your professional image.
You'd have a diverse team of individuals as well as and Art Quality Assurance Manager to work with and oversee.
Responsibilities:
Assign projects and content to team members and track their progress making sure they complete them on time.
Collaborate with the Art QA Manager to ensure briefs for content meet our target audience and key content tags.
Ensure that the content outputted by the team is of a high quality.
Continuously expand and improve the well of information and resources that are avaliable to the team in the likes of training material, posts and updates.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
Experience in creating texture/resource packs (ideally)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English).
Passion for games and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.
A portfolio of previous work (ideally)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with the Minecraft Marketplace (ideally).
