Looking for cheap entry level MC server hosting.

I don't really need much. Right now I am paying for theminecrafthosting 1gb ram at 2.50 a month but at a discount. I am paying $5.16 per 6 months, so about .86 a month. (Lifetime discount).
I don't need much, because there is little traffic. I just need something that is cheap, around that price. ( I can do more ). I am looking for easy access to the files.

I am going to switch because theminecrafthosting has bad service, and their servers don't work.
