Looking for co-owner for a factions server

I am looking for a coowner for a new factions server. The server will be using 1.8 cannoning, not 1.7. I currently have most of the plugins that would be required from a previous server, a domain & logo, and hosting for the server. Looking for someone to mainly help with development and also potentially with funding.
