Our primary focus lies in the towny server, which has garnered a dedicated player base over the years. However, I am now seeking fellow co-owners who are interested in collaborating with me to expand this network.
Xironite was established 3 years ago and, while not achieving monumental success, it has generated a decent amount of profit to sustain and invest in the server's requirements. Now, I aim to join with other passionate owners and introduce additional servers that offer diverse gameplay experiences. These servers could include Skyblock, Prison, One Life, Lifesteal or even a classic survival mode. By doing so, I hope to dedicate my full attention to the towny server while providing alternative options for players who may seek a change from their usual towny adventures.
How does it work?
How does this co-ownership partnership work? If you want to create a completely new server that's not focused on towny, building, or events/minigames, we can make an agreement. For instance, if you're interested in creating a Skyblock server with me, we can become co-owners and share the profits. Both of us will set up plugins and handle the necessary server configurations for the players.
We can discuss how we'll manage the profits and what you can contribute when you join my team. It's as simple as that.
What do I have to offer?
Payment can be negotiated based on several factors, including the extent of your contributions to the server and whether you have a personal budget allocated for starting a server. - You will receive a share of the profits from the server you own and work on.
- I possess strong skills in configuring almost all plugins.
- You will have access through me to a variety of premium plugins on Spigot.
- I have a dedicated staff team, but it's important to earn their trust before directing them.
- There is an existing close-knit community already established.
- Knowledge of optimizing server for no TPS drops.
- Additionally, I can provide you with an OVH machine featuring an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X CPU, 8 cores, clock speed of 3.8GHz and a boost clock speed of 4.7GHz.
- Ability to work efficiently within a limited budget.
- Must be 17 years or older.
- Shares a commitment to fostering a friendly and welcoming environment rather than prioritizing profit.
- Demonstrates passion for their work for Minecraft servers.
- Prior experience with setting up and managing servers.
- Possesses a portfolio showcasing their previous server-related projects.
- Has extensive expertise in plugin configuration, a crucial skill for the owner role.
- Exhibits strong server management skills, including generating ideas and showcasing a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills within the team.
- Has a network of contacts who may be interested in joining as staff members. (optional)
- Come up with ideas for new ways to advertise our server & possibly handle them. (optional)
- Have contact with other content creators to advertise server or able to handle social medias themselves. (optional)
