Looking for Co-Owner/Partner

I currently own a faction server that's almost ready for release.

I need a Co-Owner that can help me out as with the server especially when it's released. You don't need to pay anything, and you will get 20% of the donations (NEGOTIABLE).

We will share the workload and divide the tasks as agreed.

List of tasks/responsibilities/requirements:
- Help recruit and manage staff
- Be able to configure and fix any issues/bugs with plugins or if something needs to be added to an extent. (You don't need to be some next level specialist)
- Knowledgeable with factions
- Has decent discord knowledge
